Meet Michelle
Be present, be calm, lead authentically, and discover true prosperity: without burning out.
Interchange Coaching helps you step into a new way of being, leading, and living with purpose.
Since publishing The Orange Line book, Michelle has coached individuals, led workshops, and continued to explore self-limiting beliefs, behaviors, and archetypes, particularly when the 'false self' inhibits both women and men from being and leading with their integrated true self. Michelle has always been committed to development and in her 20's co-founded Beaconhills College with currently over 3000 students. Next, she developed a children's service for the local municipality after a tragic fire consumed her house and ravaged her community. This was followed by founding and managing her own successful early learning centres and serving as Head, Family Advisory Service for Monash University.
Her curiosity for policies to support working parents in higher education led to a research project and business award in Australia and her relocation from Australia to the U.S. for a corporate role and global project. For 25+ years she's held management, executive (VP & SVP), consulting, and project management appointments. Described by colleagues as an intra/entrepreneur, and organizational change agent. Her approach is holistic, transformational, relational, and founded upon the courage to go deeper and embrace change herself.
In the U.S., Michelle co-authored the book The Orange Line: A Woman's Guide to Integrating Career, Family & Life, a study conducted across the U.S. identifying women's self-limiting career beliefs and the skills needed to integrate work, family and purpose. Her prior peer-reviewed research on organizational culture is published in the Asia Pacific Journal of HR called Work Friendly Policies: Useful or Symbolic.
